There is no separate set of employment rights based on being part of a family of four; rights usually depend on your employment status and circumstances. Parents may qualify for maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental or unpaid parental leave, and employees can generally make a flexible-working request from their first day. You may also have the right to take a reasonable amount of time off for an emergency involving a dependant, although this is not normally paid. Check the latest guidance on GOV.UK and Acas, or speak to a solicitor regulated by the SRA if your employer may be treating you unfairly.
